Rehearsal Rooms at AMS

Rehearsal Facilities
The facilities consist of one large room approx. 6m x 4m plus a small vocals / recording booth, kitchen area and toilet. The total usable area available performace is approximately 26 sq.metres.

Backline equipment provided as part of the hire charge (if required) includes a 250W Carlsbro PA system, 100W Fender Rumble bass amp, 100W Fender Twin guitar amp and Yamaha drum kit.

Equipment Rental
ARTS Studios can supply additional equipment on a rental basis. Examples include:

• ARIA Strat or similar - £2/hr
• ARIA Tele or similar - £2/hr
• 4-String Bass - £2/hr
• Acoustic Bass - £3/hr
• Mics/Boom Stands - £1/hr
• Monitors - £2/hr

An inventry will be taken before and after each session. Any damage or loss will be recovered from the deposit..

Recording Services
ARTS can provide a full studio service from recording through to mixdown for rehearsals. Prices are competitive and flexible starting at just £45 plus media costs for a 3 - hour recording day (10am through to 5pm).

Rehearsal Room Charges
ARTS-Studios operates a two tier cost structure for rehearsal space.

• Ad Hoc usage
• Pre-Booked

Ad-Hoc usage i.e. no long term committment is charged hourly at £12/hr or part hour inclusive of backline equipment rental.

Pre-Booked usage is based on the term booked as follows:

• 4-week booking - £10/hr
• 8 -week booking - £9/hr
• 12-week booking - £8/hr

The total price you pay will be based on your term period and the the actual rehearsal time booked.

For example, a 12-week booking for 4-hours per session would cost just £32 per session inclusive of backline equipment.

How to Book Rehearsal Space

• Rehearsal Space costs start at just £8/hr or part-hour used.
• We will require a deposit and a credit card imprint against damage or loss.
• Rehearsal Space is available every day, evening and at weekends subject to prior booking
• Block booking is advisable - a discount is available for block bookings of 4 or more dates
• All booking are payable in advance
• Booking fees are non-refundable
• Allow at least 7 days between the time you make your first enquiry and the day you are booking

We  will email you a copy of our booking form which must be completed and returned with full payment prior to your use of the rehearsal facilities

Booking Rehearsal Space
Bands wishing to use these new facilities must book them in advance at Applestone Music & Sound. A booking form must be completed for every session or series of sessions prior to the rehearsal taking place.

ARTS- Studios is available for booking Monday through Saturday. All bookings are by appointment only and payable in advance of use.
